returns
At Ocean City Co., each item is made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, buyer's remorse, or changes of mind.
damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the issue so it can be reviewed.
lost packages
Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
incorrect shipping address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
unclaimed packages
Packages that are not claimed or collected and are returned may require additional shipping charges for reshipment. Refunds are not available for unclaimed orders.
returns & exchanges
Because all products are custom-made upon ordering, we generally do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or changes of mind. Requests for returns or exchanges may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
return processing
If a return, refund, replacement, or exchange request is approved, please allow up to 14 business days for processing after all required information has been received and the request has been reviewed.
european union customers
For customers in the European Union, customized and made-to-order products may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange under applicable consumer protection laws.
